Care Instructions

All dresses can be hand washed preferably in cold water (86F)
and I also suggest hang to dry.

I have heard of new washers that have very gentle/timed wash cycles.
If you own a new model, check the manual for more details.

Do not bleach or iron trims, patterns and sequins.

For wrinkles, it is better to use a steamer, starting from the lowest setting,
gradually increasing the heat until desired results are noticed.

What happens if my order is lost or undelivered?

I am not responsible for any lost packages by USPS, once a tracking number is provided.

For this reason and to avoid unpleasant surprises, you may ask me to add USPS Insurance on your entire order for a fee.

The insurance cost will depend on the total order value, but it is 100% guaranteed and its paid to USPS directly.
I do not profit from it.

I only use it because USPS' staff is well know to lose packages randomly and I cannot offer a replacement on these.

Return Policy

Unless an item arrives defective, we do not accept returns, only size exchanges, for which there is a $10 flat fee for re-processing and shipping the exchange item.

Please send me a message for further instructions on how to proceed with a size exchange or a defective item.

Do you make all the dresses in your shop?

I don't have the capability to make all the dresses I sell in my shop, but I do design and customize some dresses. I use a production partner in China for most of the dresses and all of the 100% pure cotton dresses are made by me. I make all the personalization of the gift bags using a Circuit machine and professional heat press.

Where are the masks and dresses shipped from?

All the masks and dresses are shipped from Florida, USA.

How can I be removed from your email list?
