If you have any questions or there is any problem with your order, kindly send me a message within 5 business days and we will be glad to do whatever possible to achieve your full satisfaction.

 

Unless an item arrives defective,

Returns are not accepted, only size exchanges,

for which there will be a $10 flat fee to cover processing and shipping costs.

 

Once this fee is covered, you will receive a message via email with further instructions,

Return Exceptions


To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
